About Density

Increasing density makes you money

Housing density is a number of dwellings per house lot. More dwellings, lower the cost of land per dwelling. Building a duplex, for example, doubles the housing density - and halves the cost of the land component.

Duplexes are also friendly to the environment - they rely upon the existing infrastructure. This means no new roads need to be built, no sewer upgrades, you simply connect to services already available in the street.
