What are standard inclusions?

Once the construction is finished, your duplex is ready for you to move in. From carpet and tiles, to driveway, fence, landscaping and clothes line.

Our standard inclusions come in two packages: Designer and Platinum. As the names say, the premium package offers that little bit extra that will make your duplex more individual and even more pleasurable to live in. For inclusion details, please click on the appropriate link.

We are proud to offer Italian stainless steel kitchen appliances, porcelain basins and high quality tapware even with our entry (Designer) level of inclusions.
