What if I want to do my own landscaping (or paving, or...)?

You can, if you insist. We will discourage you from doing so, as it will delay the construction and make the coordination of tradesmen on site more difficult for us.

In case you decide to carry out some of the construction activities yourself, you will have to obtain the Occupation Certificate directly, as we will effectively have lost the full control of the job.
