What if I sell the land with Development Approval?

You may arrange that the new owner takes over your contract with us.

In case you decide to terminate the contract after the release of the Notice of Determination of Development Application, we will charge you an exit fee.

Our designs can only by built by us. We will not pass a DA approved design onto another builder.
