What is included in basic price?

The short answer is, everything that we could think of before getting acquainted with your block of land. Once completed, your duplex is ready to move in. For more details, please check the list of standard inclusions.

Our duplexes come in 2 different levels of inclusions: the Designer Package, with simpler kitchens and bathroom fittings and the Platinum Package, with stone benchtops, floor-to-ceiling tiling to bathrooms, floor coverings etc.

Will you necessarily need to upgrade, because the Designer Package is just too basic? Probably, as you will need to add floor coverings, light fittings, facade features etc. With Platinum package, however, you will be getting:
