Can I have a fixed price contract?

Yes, once we have completed the site evaluation, we will calculate direct and indirect site costs and offer you a fixed price contract.

We will also give you a list of fees and contributions that you will need to pay to your Council and to the Water Board before the commencement of construction. These can be an unwelcome surprise for an unsuspecting developer.

Only under unforeseeable circumstances will the contract price change. They may include encountering hard rock beneath the surface, that was not discovered during soil testing, soil contamination, or encountering asbestos during demolition.
