What is duplex management fee?

Once we have signed the contract, we will prepare all the documents for the project, lodge a Development Application and follow it through until the release of the Notice of Determination.

These activities are rather complex and it takes several weeks just to produce the documentation.

Your Council will usually take several months to assess the Development Application, depending on the complexity of the project, on how busy they are and on the individual Council.

Duplex management fee covers the expenses that we incur as we conduct and coordinate the above activities.
