Duplex Australia Pty Ltd specialises in design and construction of attached dual occupancies. Our key personnel have been involved with duplexes since 1982 and bring to our clients a remarkable combination of skills, experience and expertise in this field. Duplex staff are architects, engineers and project managers, each with design and construction professional experience measured in decades. As a result, we are very familiar with the impact that the design, site constraints and choice of construction method can have on the construction process and the total project cost.

We deliver turn-key design & construct projects for individuals and institutional investors.

Duplex Australia Pty Ltd is a proprietary company limited by shares. We operate from the head office in Sydney CBD, and currently offer our services within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
WHAT
We are experiencing an increased volume of work and ar looking to contract construction of duplexes to licenced builders as a single package, on a project-to-project basis.

While projects are available throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area, we are also looking at expanding our services into the rest of NSW.

If you have available excess construction capacity and are experienced in low-rise residential construction (brick veneer, double brick, rendered EPS), we would like to hear from you.

To familiarise yourself with construction documentation we produce, you will be able to download a sample set of documents upon signing up.

WHERE
Projects are available throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

We are looking for partners operating in the following Local Goverment Areas in particular:

  • Bankstown
  • Manly
  • Parramatta
  • Randwick
  • Ryde
  • Sutherland

If you operate within these localities, please sign up and provide basic information about you and your organisation.
WHY
Attached dual occupancies are 'knock-down & rebuild' projects. They are generally erected in established areas and do not follow a particular pattern that is typical for construction in the greenfields.

With the Sydney Metropolitan Area exceeding 12,000km2 and the projects unevenly distributed, it is only logical that construction activities are shared with the teams familiar with particular areas.

HOW
If you are interested in working with us, there are a few simple steps to follow in order to get onto our construction team:

  • Sign up and pre-qualify by providing basic information about yourself and your business;
  • We will contact you and ask to view examples of your current and previous work;
  • We will also ask you to price one project, based on our standard set of construction documents - just to confirm that we are 'singing from the same sheet';
  • If both parties decide that there is a 'fit', we will enter into a master agreement covering all aspects of future relationship;
  • Individual projects wil be allocated and handled via much simpler agreements, reducing the red tape and letting both parties focus on what they are good at.
